Our Story
Locali Builders was founded in 2022 by Rafi Ventura with a simple conviction: homeowners deserve a construction experience built on honesty, quality, and personal accountability. After years of working in the construction industry and seeing too many contractors cut corners, overpromise, and disappear when problems arose, Rafi decided to build a company that would do things differently.
Based in West Hills and serving the entire San Fernando Valley, Locali Builders has grown through referrals and repeat clients who appreciate our straightforward approach. We give honest estimates, stick to timelines, communicate proactively, and deliver the quality of work we would want in our own homes.
Our team includes experienced project managers, skilled tradespeople, and a network of trusted specialists who have worked alongside us for years.
