Every pool project begins with engineering and permitting. We assess your property's soil conditions, access constraints, utility locations, and setback requirements. Our designers create detailed plans with 3D renderings so you can visualize the pool, decking, coping, tile, and surrounding landscape before construction begins.
We build exclusively with gunite (shotcrete) construction - the strongest and most customizable pool building method. This allows unlimited shape options, integrated features like Baja shelves, tanning ledges, swim-up bars, spillover spas, and infinity edges. Interior finishes include plaster, pebble, and glass tile options.
Pool construction typically takes 8-12 weeks from permit approval. We coordinate all excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, equipment installation, decking, coping, tile, and plaster finishing. All pools include automated controls, energy-efficient variable-speed pumps, and LED lighting.
