Our insulated aluminum covers include integrated LED lighting, ceiling fan pre-wiring, and optional skylights. Wood pergolas are built from select-grade redwood or cedar with stainless steel hardware. All structures are engineered for local wind and load requirements and installed on proper footings.
Installation takes 1-3 weeks depending on the structure. All patio covers require city permits in Los Angeles County - we handle the engineering, plans, and permit process. Electrical work for fans and lights is performed by licensed electricians.
